Each bag contains:
Damiana(Turnera diffusa) - a strengthening tonic and calming nervine tonic. This is an excellent herb for men, providing mental and physical strength and lifting the spirits.
Lemon Balm(Melissa officinalis) - this delicious herb is a gentle sedative (it calms you down but does not dope you up) and also settles the stomach. It soothes stress, anxiety and irritability.
Oatstraw(Avena sativa) - a general tonic and nervine tonic, rich in B complex vitamins, helpful for fatigue and insomnia.
Passionflower(Passiflora incarnata) - a soothing, calming herb, helpful for insomnia and for soothing anxiety, excitability and irritability.
Peppermint(Mentha x piperita) - improves digestion, calms the nervous system and settles the stomach. Great for tension headaches. We're not trying to scare you.
Schisandra Berries(Schisandra chinensis) - sounds like a magic word and there must be a little bit of magic in these little red berries from China. Schisandra is an adaptogen which supports your ability to withstand stress; increases strength, stamina and endurance; and enhances mental and physical performance. It is also a helpful herb for your brain, nervous system and liver. Everyone needs a little Schisandra in their lives.
Siberian Ginseng(Eleutherococcus senticosus) - this herb is good for you. That's about the best descriptor for this excellent adaptogen herb which improves your immunity, enhances physical and mental performance and is an excellent remedy for stress, fatigue and mild depression.
