For The Mama Collective - Our Vision
About Us
I am a mama, midwife and proud owner of For The Mama Collective. I have been raised on and call Gumbayngirr country home for over 25 years.
For The Mama Collective was founded in 2021 with the mission set to bring the focus back to new mothers, especially during the fourth trimester.
New mamas don’t need another baby swaddle or bunch of flowers, they need support and nourishment. As a society, we are so quick to ‘hold the baby’, but we should be holding the mama.
We provide gift hampers and items for new mamas that are filled with love and intent. Designed to support mama and nourish her through the postpartum haze.
One family at a time, our vision is to change the way we honour and support postpartum women and the irreplaceable work they do.
With my daughter and partner by my side, we are a small yet mighty team! All of our business is run by us, no employees, no warehouses. Just a dedicated family, supporting yours.
Our curated pregnancy & postpartum gift hampers, made just for mama.

We are for mothers, really.
I am woman, hear me roar!
This may be my side hussle, but on the inside I am fighting for women to birth on their terms.
As midwives we are literally there to be 'with woman' throughout their perinatal period, supporting and empowering them to do what their bodies were built to do.
I believe that women should have choice in the way they birth and are armed with knowledge to make informed decision making, empowering their own mothering intuition.
I am an advocate for women in achieving the pregnancy, birth and postpartum care they want and deserve inside the system.

It's time for change.
Bring the focus back to new mothers, because she needs to be held more than her baby.
